*On termination or discontinuance of the Services, it will be the responsibility of the Customer to return all equipment including set-top box(es), cables, and remote control(s) which are being rented by the Customer from Novus. Failure to do so will result in a charge for such equipment plus an administration charge of $150.Customers returning equipment that is dirty or damaged on return will be charged a reconditioning fee of $40.
